Daily Operation and Activities


SCOPE OF WORK

  • All Facilities under O&M to start and stop as per requirement or schedules.

  • Unhealthy systems, abnormalities in performance or malfunctioning if any will be reported/ rectified with in reasonable time period with the help/support of OEM Engineer for rectification work if required.

  • Site Supervisor shall generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as per need covering the energy consumption, daily services request faults etc.

  • Visual Inspection of all mechanical drives.

  • Log Air – Conditioning parameter once every hour or as per instruction.

  • Check and clean pump as required.

  • Check and ensure smooth operation of cooling Tower.

  • Daily check of water level in cooling tower and water tanks.

  • Cleaning all filters once every week with Air/ water pressure.

  • To coordinate with your OEM, External Customer as required.

  • Check and record all electrical parameter VIZ, Voltage, Current, Frequency, power factor, KWH on all panels under our scope.

  • Putting  Stand By DG Set in case of Main failure and change over load accordingly

  • Daily check of all lighting fixtures, points, bulbs, power socket there wiring and changing the defective ones with in building premises.

  • Check all safety and interlocking.
